Bruno Dias nasceu em Niterói e pratica artes marciais desde criança. Ainda jovem, sofreu bullying por estar acima do peso, o que o levou a descobrir no Jiu-Jitsu não apenas uma forma de se defender, mas também um caminho para a transformação física, mental e emocional.

Ao longo de sua carreira, ele competiu em todo o mundo, conquistando mais de 300 títulos e medalhas. Com o tempo, descubra que sua missão está além da competição. Motivado pelo desejo de ajudar outras pessoas a desenvolverem confiança, disciplina e caráter, fundou a BD BJJ Academy.

Hoje, Bruno dedica sua vida a ensinar Jiu-Jitsu como ferramenta de crescimento pessoal.
